Leaving an abusive relationship is the most dangerous time.
If you or your children are using any item that is connected to the internet, such as a mobile phone, or your car has an inbuilt connection to the internet, you can be tracked and hacked.
It is essential that you check the settings and passwords on all of your devices and the devices of your children, especially if your abuser ever had access.
